Old Results And Finding, Sikkim State Lottery

A practical guide to old results and finding for sikkim state lottery: the steps, the limits and the common mistakes.

What Is Old Results and Finding?

Old results and finding is the process of locating and verifying winning numbers from past Sikkim State Lottery draws. The Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries conducts four daily draws, Dear Morning (11:55 AM), Dear Day (4:00 PM), Dear Evening (6:00 PM), and Dear Night (8:00 PM), each producing a certified result sheet listing the First Prize (₹1 crore), Second Prize (₹9,000), and series-wise prizes down to ₹500.

Prize claims in Sikkim must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date at an authorised claim centre in Gangtok. Checking old results immediately after finding an old ticket is the fastest way to confirm eligibility before that window closes. The archive covers named series such as Dear Parrot, Dear Hawk, Dear Flamingo, and Dear Vulture, giving buyers, retailers, and prize-claim officers a reliable cross-reference point.

Old Results and Finding Step by Step

Follow these steps to retrieve any past Sikkim State Lottery result quickly and accurately:

  1. Open the results archive: Navigate to the Old Results section on sikkimstatelottery.org. No login or app download is required.
  2. Select the lottery name: Use the dropdown to choose the correct series (e.g., Dear Morning Monday, Dear Night Saturday). Each day of the week runs a distinct named draw, match it to the day printed on your ticket.
  3. Pick the draw date: Enter the exact draw date shown on your ticket using the DD/MM/YYYY format standard in India.
  4. View or download the result PDF: Click "Get Results" to load the official sheet displaying the winning number, series letter (A, Z), and prize tier.
  5. Match your ticket number: Compare the six-digit number on your ticket against the prize list. Check the series letter first, a matching number under the wrong series letter is not a valid win.
  6. Confirm at a retailer if needed: Share the PDF via WhatsApp to a nearby lottery retailer for a physical printout check if your screen is hard to read.
